Review methodology

Hands-on reviews of ACBuy bundle sheets, consolidation checklists and packing workflows. Our testing team orders, packs and times every guide we publish.

Order and arrival log

Our testing team places a real order for the product or workflow under review, then records the order date, the agent warehouse arrival date, the free-storage window and the consolidation cutoff that applies.

Bench checks

Each test order goes through the same steps: a fit check against the bundle sheet's column layout, a packaging condition note with photographs, a weight check on a calibrated bench scale against the sheet's own estimate, and a label check for consolidation instructions.

Workflow timing

We run the consolidation schedule by hand and time each stage — item arrival, packing request, warehouse reply, consolidation confirmation. The timing is compared against what the sheet, checklist or guide told us to expect.

Comparison tables

Where two workflows are compared, both are run on the same test order so weight, item count and destination match. Columns cover setup effort, error rate, timing accuracy, clarity of instructions and reusability for the next haul.

Scoring

Each product is scored on our five-point scale, written as X / 5, with 5 excellent and 1 very poor. Hands-on scores fall between 4.0 and 5.0. Every score is revisited on a six-month cycle, or sooner if agent fees, storage windows or consolidation rules change.
