Ellis Marchetti spent six years coordinating outbound freight at a Portland parcel consolidator before moving into service journalism in 2015. He founded ACBuy Bundle Sheets in 2022 to cover the step most guides skip: what happens between the last item arriving at the agent warehouse and the consolidated parcel leaving it. Ellis sets the test plan for every review, keeps the desk's fee-and-timing records, and edits each article before it publishes. He works from the Division Street desk in Portland, Oregon.

Priya Ramanathan ran quality checks for a Portland home-goods retailer for four years before joining the desk in 2022. She owns the packing bench: she places the test orders, logs arrival dates at the agent warehouse, photographs packaging condition, weighs every parcel on the calibrated scale and runs each bundle sheet's formulas against the real numbers. Her reviews lean on what the sheet got wrong before they praise what it got right.

Tobias Lindqvist trained as a data analyst in Sweden and spent five years building pricing tables for a European logistics broker before relocating to Portland in 2021. He joined the desk in 2023 and keeps the records nobody sees: the fee lines re-derived from agent dashboards, the arrival-to-consolidation timing logs, the dated source notes behind every number we print. If a figure on this site has a date beside it, Tobias captured it.
